    1. 本キャンペーンは、Ultima Marketsで初めてライブ口座を開設されるお客様が対象です。対象のお客様にのみクライアントポータル上で本キャンペーンが表示され、ご参加いただけます。本キャンペーンに参加することで、お客様は本規約およびUltima Marketsのクライアント契約に同意したものとみなされます。
    2. 新規のお客様は、本キャンペーンへのエントリー前に、Ultima Marketsで口座登録を行う必要があります。
    3. Ultima Marketsの新規顧客となるには、Ultima Marketsへの登録を行い、KYC（本人確認）手続きの一環として、当社の要請に応じて必要な情報を提出し、ライブ口座を開設する必要があります。
    4. 「新規のお客様」とは、これまでUltima Marketsでライブ取引口座を開設したことがなく、かつUltima Marketsによって口座開設申請が承認された個人を指します。Ultima Marketsは、申請者が過去に閉鎖された口座の保有者を含む他の既存口座保有者と関連性があるかどうかを独自の裁量で判断し、新規のお客様としての適格性を審査する権利を有します。
    5. 本キャンペーンは、すべての種類のライブ口座を対象とします。
    6. Ultimaウェルカムブーストキャンペーンへの参加を希望するお客様は、キャンペーンページ上の「エントリー」ボタンをクリックし、エントリーを完了する必要があります。エントリー完了後は、ポータル内の取引パネルから入金を行い、特典を獲得できます。
    7. PAMMおよび／またはMAMに紐づく口座は、本キャンペーンの対象外です。（※PAMM／MAM口座は一部の地域では提供しておりません。）
  • キャンペーンの仕組み
    1. お客様は、対応する報酬を受け取るために、プロモーション期間内に所定の純入金額を達成する必要があります。

      300米ドル以上 ロイヤリティランク「プロ」へランクアップ

      純入金額 = 総入金額 - 総出金額

    2. 出金により口座残高が所定の金額を下回った場合、または純入金額がゼロもしくはマイナスとなった場合、特典の対象外となります。
    3. 内部振替、残高調整、現金調整、紹介ブローカー（IB）またはアフィリエイトを通じて付与されたリベートやコミッションは、入金とはみなされず、本キャンペーンの対象外です。
    4. 必要条件を満たしたお客様は、毎週の更新時に自動的に「プロ」ランクへランクアップします。
          a. 例：第1週の水曜日に必要条件を満たした場合、翌週（第2週）の月曜日に「プロ」ランクへランクアップします。
    5. 本キャンペーンにより「プロ」ランクへランクアップしたお客様は、取引量にかかわらず、「プロ」ランクが90日間維持されます。
          a.例：8月3日に「プロ」ランクへランクアップした場合、8月3日から90日間、「プロ」ランクが維持されます。
    6. ロイヤリティプログラムの「プロ」ランクに到達した時点で、お客様のキャンペーンステータスは「完了」とみなされます。その後、純入金額が変動した場合でも、キャンペーンステータスには影響せず、適用された「プロ」ランクは90日間維持されます。
    7. 本キャンペーンに参加するお客様には、「Ultimaウェルカムブースト」の利用規約が適用されます。ロイヤリティプログラムへの登録後は、同プログラムの利用規約が適用されます。
    8. お客様は、本キャンペーンと併せて他のキャンペーン、プロモーションおよび／またはオファーに参加することができます。
  • 一般利用規約
    1. 別段の明示がない限り、本規約は、Ultima Marketsが実施する全てのキャンペーン、オファーおよび／またはプロモーション（以下総称して「キャンペーン」といいます）に適用されます。
    2. 全てのキャンペーンは、適用される法令および規制要件に従うものとし、最終判断はUltima Marketsが行います。

    6. 新たに開設された全ての取引口座は、Ultima Marketsによる審査および承認の対象となります。
    7. Ultima Marketsは、AML（マネーロンダリング防止）およびCFT（テロ資金供与防止）の要件に従い、本人確認を実施する権利を有します。
    8. Ultima Marketsは、事前の通知や補償を行うことなく、いつでもキャンペーン、オファーおよび／またはプロモーションを変更、一時停止または終了する権利を有します。
    9. お客様が本規約に違反した場合、または不正利用、詐欺、ヘッジ取引または裁定取引の疑いがある場合、Ultima Marketsはキャンペーンへの参加を拒否もしくは取り消し、あらゆる報酬や特典を回収、調整、または差し引く権利を有します。

  • 追加キャンペーン利用規約
